DUK-C (Do U Know Clinician) is a mobile clinical reference app designed for healthcare professionals. It provides concise guideline pearls, treatment protocols, clinical decision tools, and medical calculators — all organized for quick, bedside access.

Is DUK-C medical advice?

No. DUK-C is an educational and clinical decision support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific treatments for individual patients. All clinical decisions should be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on their own assessment and judgment.

Where does the content come from?

Content in DUK-C is derived from published clinical guidelines and trusted medical references, including those from organizations such as ACC/AHA, ADA, AAP, USPSTF, SCCM, ATS, IDSA, CDC, and others. Each pearl includes source attribution so clinicians can verify and explore further.

How often is the content updated?

We regularly review and update content to reflect the latest published guidelines and clinical recommendations. New guideline pearls and protocol updates are added on an ongoing basis. The "This Week's Pearls" feature highlights recently added content.

How do you handle safety and accuracy?

All content undergoes a review process to ensure accuracy and alignment with published guidelines. Each entry includes source attribution for verification. However, DUK-C is a reference tool and does not replace comprehensive guideline documents, institutional protocols, or clinical judgment. Users should always verify critical information through primary sources.

What platforms is DUK-C available on?

DUK-C is currently available for iOS through the Apple App Store. We are exploring additional platforms for future releases. Join our early access list to stay informed about availability on new platforms.
